Lanxin Inc hereby warrants to the original purchaser, that all cabinets and accessories, hinges and all drawers, including system hardware, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty runs for 1 year which starts when the original purchaser assumes possession which begins upon the date of delivery to the purchaser or when picked up by the purchaser from our warehouse. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Lanxin Inc, and does not include labour for removal or replacement or restocking fee.  This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity, sunlight or extreme dry heat which may result in warping or splitting and accidental misuse, abuse or negligence. We will be responsible for any manufacture defect or damage caused only by our installation errors.  Please send damaged parts back for inspection and exchange.  Lanxin Inc reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured.  The repair(s) or replacements(s) are contingent upon the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the Lanxin Inc products at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a Lanxin Inc product becomes obsolete; Lanxin Inc reserves the right to honour the warranty in one of the following fashions:

1)  To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style or 
2)   To replace the affected component and any other component(s) in the residential application to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable product style of the originally purchased style.

If components are replaced, Lanxin Inc cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application. This is due to the changes that occur during the woods' natural aging process, affecting its color and grain.

Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original color and/or to warp, split or crack. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.

All claims for defective cabinets and accessories must be submitted to Lanxin Inc in writing and must specify the defects present in the cabinets and accessories. After Lanxin Inc has had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets and accessories, they will, at their discretion, either replace defective cabinets and accessories or repair any defects in the cabinets and accessories. If measurements have not been done by Lanxin Inc the order of cabinets and materials will be based on the purchaser’s own measurements and errors in the purchaser’s measurements with regard to wrongful order sizes will be the fault of the purchaser and will not be refunded once ordered.

Local order: 35% deposit at the time you place your order. Pay 45% when Lanxin Inc delivers to you . Pay the last 20% after installation.  If Lanxin Inc is not responsible for installation then balance 80% will be paid when delivered. 45% deposit for custom made cabinets.

Online order payment: 50% deposit to order and 50% before shipping out to you.

*Acceptable Payment Methods are Cash, Credit Card & Cheque (Cheque must be certified when Lanxin Inc is collecting when purchaser picks up at warehouse or on delivery and (or) installation when outside the local service area which will be determined by Laxin Inc)

After the project agreement is signed and 30% deposit paid the order is final and no changes to cabinet sizes or design can be made.  Customer must understand contract terms and agree to the design by signing all required contract documents.   Once order is placed cabinets are immediately scheduled to ship out and can not be returned.  All sales are final, no returns or refunds applicable.  *All changes to design and sizes must be done before order.  If Changes do occur because of customer dissatisfaction, the customer will pay for any new cabinetry ordered, taxes, shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Lanxin Inc will keep in storage purchasers order in unassembled form in the warehouse for up to 60 days free of charge.  This takes affect as soon as order is delivered to Lanxin Inc. 

*If order is stored over 60 days then Lanxin Inc will charge 5% per month that the order remains in storage.
**If order is assembled then free storage will last up to 30 days and a 7% storage fee will be charged to the purchaser for every additional month kept in storage. 

During first measure, final measurement, delivery and installation in house, Lanxin Inc. requires an adult over 18 must be present.
